I worked for a guy in an automotive shop for a few months. We had 10 or so employees and the year I worked there before and after me he would turnover more employees than he had working for him. He was an asshole, he asked me to do unethical things but his brand was established so he didn’t give a shit. My position at one point turned over 6+ times after I left. I remember one guy flat out ripping the owner, legitimately calling him a piece of shit and that everyone hated him. He was successful so it was everyone else and not him so until he faces consequences of his actions he wont change.
