NOW Politico publishes a piece critical of Andrew Cuomo’s coronavirus response

The buzz around former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was so hot at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic that some people were suggesting the Democrats swap out Joe Biden for Cuomo for the presidential race. As you know, he won an Emmy for his televised COVID updates. The governor’s office would also arbitrarily override certain metrics, like which regions qualified for various Covid “zones,” which Cuomo used to delineate the level of reopening restrictions in certain regions of the state.
