Aryan Khan Walks Out Of Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail
Aryan Khan was released from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail on Saturday, a few weeks after being arrested in the drugs-on-cruise case.
Bollywood megastar and Aryan’s father Shah Rukh Khan earlier drove out in a motorcade on Saturday to fetch his son. He left his Bandra home ‘Mannat’ at around 8 am today with his aides, lawyers and security.
Earlier, Aryan Khan had to spend another night in the Arthur Road Central Jail as his bail orders could not reach the prison authorities by the stipulated time of 5.30 p.m. on Friday.
Though his legal team led by advocate Satish Maneshinde had rushed from the Bombay High Court to the jail, a mere 8 kms away, they were reportedly stuck in the massive evening and weekend traffic jams en route.
Even Shah Rukh who left his Bandra bungalow in a small motorcade to pick up Aryan from jail, returned home mid-way. However, his close family friend and actress Juhi Chawla managed to complete the formalities for standing surety.
