“Mike Conley hustles,” added The Ringer reporter, “Daniel House signed a 10-day contract, he’s looked pretty good, Royce O’Neill is solid.”
“But, other than that, the effort or the ability just isn’t there in the perimeter and unless the Jazz can find something on the trade market a la Josh Richardson from Boston, somebody like that I’ve heard they have interest in — that was prior to the Ingles injury — I just like that for the Utah Jazz. They have got to find somebody who can be a stopper on the perimeter, Jeremy Grant maybe from Detroit, put together some assets for that.”
“They have to make changes,” claimed O’Connor, “or else this team is going just be a complete pretender again, except even worse than that in the past.”
Celtics’ recent consistency has let Boston ‘see what we can do’ as a team, according to Al Horford https://t.co/86mNtNOxoW

Could the Jazz still have eyes for Richardson even after losing Ingles? Perhaps even more so given J-Rich has been a better defender and nearly as good a shooter this season — but is there a deal to be made?
Boston could conceivably extract a first-rounder for taking on Ingles expiring deal in exchange for Richardson, but with Utah’s 2022 pick already spoken for, would either side be open to moving one of the Jazz’ own?
Could a smaller deal taking J-Rich to Utah but getting the Cs under the tax line while sending back a young player with upside be possible? With the deadline to arrive on Feb. 10, we only have a bit longer than a week left to find out.

There are more Boston Celtics in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame than players of any other team – but who else might be joining them from Boston’s ranks? https://t.co/15KKQ7GSgV
