Mansukh Mandaviya asks people not to let guard down against Covid-19
Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Sunday asked people not to let the guard down against Covid-19 as the disease is under control but it has not gone away completely. “The fight against Covid will go on in future because coronavirus is still amongst us. Coronavirus is certainly under control but it has not gone away,” Mandaviya said at the launch of Covid field hospital here.

Gujarat in 24 hours ending 5 pm on Sunday added 18 new positive cases, taking the total to 8.25 lakh. The state’s death toll remained at 10,086 with no new deaths
Telangana on Sunday recorded 162 fresh Covid-19 cases taking the total positives in the state to 6.67 lakh.
406 Covid-19 cases, 10 deaths in Karnataka
Karnataka on Sunday added 406 fresh Covid-19 cases and 10 deaths taking the caseload and mortality to 29,81,027 and 37,885, the Health department said. The day also saw 637 people being discharged, taking the total number of recoveries to 29,32,959. Active cases stood at 10,154, a Health department bulletin said. (PTI)
