IWG upbeat on short-term outlook as hybrid working props up demand

Nov 2(Reuters) – Office rental firm IWG Plc said on Tuesday the rapid adoption of the hybrid working model by businesses was improving performance in all major markets, adding that outlook for the remainder of the year remains “encouraging”.

Switzerland-headquartered IWG, which has centres in more than 3,300 locations across 110 countries, said open centre revenue in the three months ending Sept. 30 was 544.6 million pounds ($743.49 million), compared with 535.7 million pounds in the pandemic-hit period a year earlier.
