Kyhusix Mortgage LLC, the premier real estate agent-owned lending company in Nevada reported its largest net profit since opening in August at its November owners’ meeting. The updates come at the same time the company announces their open enrollment period.
“It has been really rewarding to be able to share this good news with our agent owners who made the life-changing decision to join our agent ownership program,” said Kyle Krch, owner and founder of Krch Realty. “We hope to see this program grow in 2022 as we continue to demonstrate the program’s success.”
Kyhusix Mortgage LLC owners also discussed upcoming marketing updates and training opportunities offered exclusively to agent owners by Krch Realty’s Brokerage Support Team.
Krch predicts the number of agent owners participating in the program will double by February, after the program’s annual open-enrollment period begins in January 2022. As part of the program, real estate agents are invited to own a portion of Kyhusix LLC a lending company. The ownership allows agents to refer their clients to Kyhusix LLC while capturing a percentage share of the profits. Other national and boutique real estate offices offer similar programs however, profits are typically reserved for shareholders.
