The Chief Electoral Officer of Odisha on Wednesday released the final electoral rolls of the eligible voters ahead of the elections to the three-tier Panchayati Raj bodies in the State.

The Chief Electoral Officer of Odisha on Wednesday released the final electoral rolls of the eligible voters ahead of the elections to the three-tier Panchayati Raj bodies in the State.

A total of 950789 new voters have been added to the list while names of 344944 voters have been scrapped from the electotal rolls, informed the CEO.

The cumulative number of eligible voters in the State is 32983643 including 16796603 male voters and 16183835 female voters. Similarly, 3025 number of voters belong to the third gender.

The number of voters in the age group between 18 and 19 years of age has surged to reach 523744, said the CEO.

Voters who want to check their names in the final electoral rolls-2022 can follow the following steps:-

  1. Log in to the official website of Chief Electoral Officer, www.ceoorissa.nic.in
  2. In the section ‘For Voters’ click on the NEW tab View Final Electoral Rolls-2022
  3. A new tab will open prompting to ‘View Electoral Roll
  4. Fill out the details like ‘District’, ‘Assembly Constituency’ and ‘Booth’ and view the voters’ list and check their names
